Senior BI Engineer

Role Overview

Help us empower millions across Africa by building the data foundation for a leading fintech platform. You'll design and implement BI solutions that drive critical business decisions.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years in BI Engineering or Analytics Engineering, preferably in fintech/SaaS

- Strong SQL, dbt, and data modeling expertise

- Proven experience with Tableau or similar BI tools

- Ability to translate complex business needs into data solutions

- Experience supporting A/B testing frameworks

- Python or R for deeper analysis

What You'll Do

- Design and build scalable data models and reporting layers

- Own BI dashboard development and optimization

- Partner with Data Engineering on pipelines and quality

- Translate business requirements into actionable data products
