Position Overview

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping.
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Bookkeeper in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Autoline, or Pastel.
  • Strong knowledge of reconciliations, inventory control, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance.
  • Process accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Oversee stock, asset tracking, and inventory reconciliations.
  • Prepare VAT, PAYE, and other statutory returns while ensuring internal controls.
