Senior Building Quantity Surveyor – M&E, AutoCAD & Revit

SH INTEGRATED SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to prepare tender and contract documents and source for materials and vendors. You will be responsible for preparing variation orders and final accounts while liaising with consultants and clients.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s or higher degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Autocad 2D, 3D, and Revit is essential. Strong communication skills in English are necessary for successful project administration.
