About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst – a key link between our business and technology teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, helping shape the digital tools that power our operations across multiple brands and markets. You’ll work across departments, drive process improvements, and ensure that every solution we deliver truly fits the business – both functionally and strategically.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring shared understanding of goals and requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end requirements process, from discovery and documentation to validation (BRD/FRD, User Stories, BPMN, Use Cases).
