Our utility client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to optimize process workflows for an Onboarding as a Service Program, including Cyber Security (IAM) for our utility client

Candidates can be located in Calgary or Edmonton - Hybrid work model of 3 days in office, 2 days WFH 

Must Haves

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on the SDLC project delivery within energy and/or utilities environments
  • Background in cybersecurity principles and IT governance for secure solution delivery
  • Experience with Business Processes using tools like Microsoft Visio and SharePoint Lists
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and SharePoint Lists for process modeling and specifications
  • Expertise in requirements analysis, elicitation, and documentation of complex systems
