Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized IT solutions (ERP, CRM, Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, etc.).
  • Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, pipelines, and account plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development (preferably IT solutions or consulting).
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, IBM, Boomi,...
