As Senior Buyer Specialist you will lead and structure the new direct procurement area within the Chile Diagnostica affiliate, serving as a key element of the GARA strategic action plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual strategic sourcing and procurement plan for the main direct procurement categories in alignment with affiliate objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end bidding processes, negotiation, and comparative commercial offer analysis with local and regional suppliers.
• Act as a strategic business partner, engaging early with internal areas to plan and optimize demand for critical projects and digital solutions such as LIS.
• Ensure strict compliance with all compliance, due diligence, and code of conduct requirements throughout the requisition‑to‑payment cycle.
