What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor the civil team in both municipal and site development practices

  • Manage multi-discipline infrastructure projects from proposals to delivery

  • Coordinate work across offices with the Director of Civil Engineering

  • Develop project managers and foster leadership growth

  • Serve as a technical resource for project teams

  • Promote continuous improvement and collaboration

  • Support business development and client relationship efforts

  • Represent the firm at industry events and professional organizations

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin (required)

  • Minimum 8 years of civil design experience ...
