Position Overview

  Senior Consultant - CMDB/SACM 
 This role is ideal for an experienced ITSM Consultant who has a particular focus around CMDB and SACM alignment. 
 In this role, you will be responsible for capturing the key aspects of the current CMDB database & CMDB/SACM tooling, understanding the functionalities of the ITSM CMDB solution within ServiceNow so you can explain/recommend platform capabilities/structures, lead presentation & workshops to provide training to clients & internal teams, and ensure CI Management process is robust allowing the CMDB to remain current and accurate as well as ensuring the decommission of legacy Remedy CMDB.
  Required Experience: 
 Proficiency in IT Asset Management Lifecycle and Configuration Management processes and efficiency in adoptions (tool agnostic and client oriented).
