Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Consultant to support the delivery of AI-enabled business and ServiceNow transformation programmes. The role blends technical and functional responsibilities across ITSM, CSM, and HR workflows, with a focus on project delivery, business analysis, and stakeholder management. You’ll help shape and deliver enterprise service transformation initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
