Senior Consultant SAP CS/S/4HANA Service

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on after-sales, service contract, and field service processes before projects begin
• Create proposals and project concepts as strategic instruments
• Lead requirement workshops, solution pitches, and webinars with substantive content
• Drive forward-looking topics such as predictive service, AI-powered service control, and field service management
• Remain available for technical questions and critical project phases after handover to delivery

Requirements

• At least 3 years as a consultant in SAP consulting with focus on SAP CS, S/4HANA Service, or customer service management
• Demonstrated presales experience
• Deep understanding of how service organizations operate and what they need under pressure
• Ability to explain complex service scenarios persuasively to decision-makers
