Position Overview
JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare comprehensive analysis, design and implement complex underwriting workflows with major business impact
Conduct advanced data analysis methods and visualization techniques to optimize existing UW process in terms of approval rates, risk, products and time to yes regarding risk and business needs
Monitor closely portfolio health of assigned product and take immediate action if needed
Maintain and improve data infrastructure
Cooperate with other departments on projects of related business stream
Share knowledge with junior positions in team
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Strong experience in data analysis and proficiency in SQL
Good business sense, logical and analytical thinking
Good English
Experience in Underwriting or Risk management, especially in consumer finance with Cash loan products is a big plus
