Position: Senior CRO Manager Compensation: USD up to $120,000 per annum + up to 25% Performance Bonus Total Annual Package: Up to USD $154,800 + Comprehensive Benefits Location: Remote (Global) This position is remote, with the option to work from our Dubai office (with 0% income tax), if preferred (relocation and visa sponsorship support available). We're seeking a data-driven Senior CRO Manager to take full ownership of on-site conversion rate optimization — someone who digs into the data, identifies where revenue is leaking, forms hypotheses, and executes optimization strategies that deliver measurable business impact across a high-traffic e-commerce site fueled by $2M+/month in digital ad spend.
