About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Cropping Hand to join a well-run mixed farming enterprise at Billabong Station.

This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering day-to-day cropping operations, working closely with the Farm Manager and Agronomist across a diverse broadacre program.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sowing, spraying, irrigation, and harvest operations

• Operate and maintain modern cropping machinery

• Work across crops including wheat, barley, lupins, canola, and lucerne

• Support hay production and pasture management

• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
