SENIOR DATA ENGINEER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for aSenior Data Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in LATAM. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

The project: Team builds and runs the core marketplace analytics data products and platform (Snowflake/dbt/Dagster, pipelines, models, observability) that other teams rely on for hiring, performance, and marketplace insights.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying, transforming, validating, and optimizing data for analytics, reporting, and pipeline workflows.
• Experience with Python in building scalable data pipelines, automation scripts, and data processing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake designing and maintaining cloud data warehouse structures, tables, and performant data models.
• Knowledge of dbt for developing modular data transformations, testing, and documentation within modern ELT workflows.
