Senior Developer - CRM & Panel Member App (Valencia)

Overview

Fifty5Blue is undergoing a major transformation of its Audience operations, redesigning the global operating model and processes, enabling a new global CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365–Customer Service and Field Service) and a panel‑member facing application (the Panel Member App, PMA). The role supports, stabilises and enhances the CRM and PMA ecosystem within a live production environment, improving data integrity, operational efficiency and the overall panel member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate within a live production support environment, providing L2/L3 technical support across Dynamics 365, the PMA and related integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across distributed systems (CRM, mobile, APIs, backend and data layers) using logs, monitoring tools and telemetry.
