Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead our server hardware development organization. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end hardware development, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and leading cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple hardware engineering functions, including BMC Hardware Development, Component Engineering, Hardware Validation, and Engineering Change (EC).
Drive server hardware design, development, validation, and engineering execution from concept through production.
Collaborate with architecture, system, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and program management teams to ensure successful product delivery.
