Senior Director of Bakery Growth & Operations

PepsiCo in South Africa seeks a Bakery GM to design and implement the overarching bakery strategy, overseeing production, distribution and sales across 13 facilities to ensure freshness and quality in daily deliveries.

You will lead multi-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, R&D, SAP-enabled Supply Chain, HR and Finance, translate strategy into actionable plans, monitor KPIs and drive efficiency, cost reduction and continuous improvement.
