Position Overview

SENIOR E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. TikTok Shop & Live Commerce (Main PIC)


Own and drive TikTok Shop as a key revenue and growth channel.

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of TikTok Shop campaigns, including mega campaigns, launches, and always-on sales strategies.
  • Manage TikTok Shop operations: product listings, pricing, bundles, vouchers, affiliate setup, and campaign mechanics.
  • Work closely with KOLs, creators, and internal teams to plan and execute TikTok Live sessions and content that drives conversion.
  • Partner with marketing team on content direction to ensure strong “shoppertainment” storytelling and sales performance.
  • Monitor TikTok Shop performance (GMV, CVR, AOV, live conversion) and continuously optimise for growth.
  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform tools, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
