Senior Electrical Engineer

Overview

A large consulting company with offices across South Africa and internationally is looking to hire a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Cape Town offices. This position is responsible for providing professional services on projects within the Division, leading and executing Municipal electrical work (Electrification & Reticulation), Distribution Substations (Primary- and Secondary Plant) and Renewable Energy Projects (Wind and Solar) designs within the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree/higher degree in Electrical Engineering from accredited university
• 10 Years post-graduation experience in Electrical Distribution Projects
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Substation (11kV - 132kV) design and Project Management
• Experience in design management and design delivery for projects and managing professional teams of medium/large Electrical projects
