        Job Summary:     

      Manage and develop new projects after data collection, research, and analysis.     

      Conduct research to design new projects and improve current processes.     

      Collect and analyze data to support strategic decision-making in project development.     

  Education & Experience:

      Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering, business, technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.     

      Five to seven years of relevant experience.
