Position Overview
This is a hybrid role which requires system engineering expertise on both tendering and execution projects.
Roles & Responsibilities – Tendering- Develop and submit system engineering technical proposals for client tenders
- Lead and coordinate system design activities and tollgate reviews
- Prepare and consolidate Cost-Time-Resource (CTR) estimates for system engineering scope, including alignment across product groups
- Manage technical clarifications and exceptions with clients during the bidding phase
- Identify project risks, assumptions, and qualification gaps early in the tender stage
- Support the System Engineering Manager in delivering system engineering scope on assigned projects
