You Will

• Lead and grow a high‑performing team of Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists who prototype, develop, deploy, maintain, and iterate upon end‑to‑end ML systems, from data and feature pipelines to model research and production deployment.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Remitly’s AI/ML applications.
• Implement best practices for MLOps, including automated retraining, drift detection, CI / CD, and observability.
