Very LLC in Mexico seeks a Senior Firmware Engineer with 10+ years of embedded development experience. The successful candidate will develop production-grade firmware for Matter-enabled devices, ensuring complete ownership throughout the lifecycle from device bring-up to certification.

This remote position requires expertise in Matter protocol implementation specifically on the ESP32 platform, along with strong capabilities in debugging and collaboration with hardware engineers.

Compensation starts at USD $60 per hour, with expected commitment of 30-40 hours weekly.
