Senior Executive Assistant

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Startec Corporate Services is currently searching for a Senior Executive Assistant to work at our Shepard office location (9423 Shepard Road SE. Calgary, Alberta T2C 4R6), to provide proactive high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, President, and Executive Leadership Team. This role is critical to the efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism of the Executive Office and plays a key role in enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

The Senior Executive Assistant acts as a trusted partner and gatekeeper, managing complex schedules, sensitive communications, executive workflows, and cross-functional coordination. In addition to executive support, this role contributes to sales support, cultural initiatives, and corporate events.
