JOB DESCRIPTION Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. This role requires works collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Duties and Responsibilities PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

All system enhancement, design, development, testing and roll out with the help of various stakeholders i.e. COE, IT, Ops etc.
Delivery of volume from service channels - cashier & call center service.
Delivery of volume from new identified channels like digital, CIBIL watch.
Daily system / process support to sales team.
Daily business MIS preparation and roll out.
Monthly incentive calculation and roll out.
Contest calculation and roll out.
Liaise with HR team for various activities like R&R, Auto Promotion, IJP roll out, annual and mid-year PMs clos...
