Position Overview

Senior Executive, Land Management & Operation Tenancy, Licence and Land Management Division Responsibilities
  • Addressing and attending to public feedback on land management and maintenance matters.
  • Consulting and coordinating with various Government agencies on proposals to use SLA-managed land.
  • Processing the issuance of Temporary Occupation Licences (TOLs) for the use of vacant SLA-managed land.
  • Liaising and coordinating with Licensees to ensure compliance with the Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) terms and conditions for the use of land.
  • Planning and conducting site inspections to ensure proper land maintenance and prevent unauthorised use of SLA-managed land.
  • Working in close partnership with other Government agencies, contractors, and other service providers to ensure municipal issues are promptly attended to and resolved.
