Position Overview

What the role is

Assistant to the Library Manager – responsible for managing and maintaining the department's digital systems and platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the department's owned and subscribed digital systems and platforms, ensuring their reliability, performance and optimal use. Platforms include the Library Services Platform, New Titles Listing system, Records Management System, Digital Repository, SP Memory Portal (on SharePoint Online) and FabLab Management System.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with SP's IT department to ensure all owned and subscribed systems are compliant with SP IT policies and Singapore Government IM8 requirements, including conducting regular reviews and audits as necessary.
