Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial health and growth of Hands of Hope Physical Therapy & Wellness. This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across clinics and service lines, ensuring accurate financial insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and annual financial statements for clinic operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Lead month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis

• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for clinics, departments, and service offerings; track performance against targets
