Senior Freight & Logistics Executive

Coordinate domestic and international freight and logistics operations. Manage customs clearance, import/export documentation, and regulatory compliance. Obtain freight quotations, negotiate transportation rates, and optimize logistics costs. Prepare, verify, and maintain logistics documents including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping documentation. Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, customs brokers, and logistics partners. Plan and monitor road, air, and rail transportation for timely deliveries. Manage project site deliveries, fleet coordination, and multi-location dispatch planning. Track shipments and proactively resolve logistics-related issues. Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare performance reports. Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs regulations, and international trade standards Requirements Strong knowledge of domestic and international freight operations.
