Senior HBM Product Reliability & Process Engineering Lead

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a key leader to direct the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product Engineering Media Health team in Singapore. You will spearhead efforts in reliability test development for Micron’s latest HBM products. This role includes driving extrinsic DPM reduction, optimizing manufacturing test flows, and leading a high-performing team.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering, strong leadership, and communication skills. The position requires on-site work in Singapore with potential international travel.
