Responsibilities
Support all phases of complex intellectual property litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.Assist with case management, filings, discovery coordination, and document organization in high-stakes patent disputes.Prepare and manage filings before the ITC and federal courts, including cite-checking, proofreading, and coordination of exhibits and supporting materials.Coordinate with attorneys, experts, vendors, and clients on litigation strategy and case logistics.Manage large-scale document productions, privilege reviews, and electronic discovery workflows.
