Senior IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist with master-level engineering expertise in Oracle infrastructure systems, identity ecosystems, and advanced performance modeling. In this role, you will take technical ownership of translating abstract architectural visions into highly resilient, distributed physical topologies to protect and monitor Ontario's secure health identity service (ONE ID). Operating across multi-data center environments and hybrid cloud structures, you will lead the strategic upgrade of enterprise telemetry engines from 13c to Oracle 24ai, build advanced active-active high-availability frameworks, and establish strict transport-layer security boundaries to safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI).

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - Up to 5 days onsite, subject to hiring manager's discretion)

Duration: 6-month contract.
