Senior IT Support Technician, Carlisle, Cumbria 25,000 - 33,000 MacArthur Recruitment is working on behalf of a successful IT, Telecoms and Services company who are looking for a senior level, IT Support Engineer to join their Support team. Within this position you will be working within a team, supporting clients both remotely and face to face, playing an integral part in the organisation by providing technical support for hardware and software. A lot of their business has grown naturally through recommendation and as a result of expansion within a satisfied customer.
Ideally they are looking for someone with good broad and deep knowledge who enjoys working with and helping customers; along with having a passion for technology. Most of your role is carried out from the offices in Carlisle, however some customer site visits are required a pool van is provided for these.
