iSphere is looking for Senior Business Analysts who know how to walk into a project, get organized fast, and start turning scattered conversations into actual requirements people can build from.

These roles will work closely with business and technical teams to document processes, gather requirements, map workflows, and help keep projects moving without creating unnecessary process theater along the way.

Must have experience with:

• 5+ years of experience as a senior-level Business Analyst

• Gathering and documenting business and system requirements

• Working directly with stakeholders and technical teams

• Process analysis and workflow documentation
