Are you passionate about driving learning initiatives and managing training operations at scale? We’re looking for a Senior Learning & Development Project Manager to lead high-impact learning programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution of training strategies across the organization.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in training delivery operations
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
• Experienced in SharePoint for organizing and sharing learning materials
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) - comfortable managing global stakeholders
• Bonus if you’re PMP certified or have prior experience with Cisco training programs
