- 3 6 years of hands-on experience building production-grade full-stack applications using Java (8+) and Spring Boot (or equivalent).
- Strong backend skills including REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL); NoSQL experience is a plus.
- Experience building event-driven or streaming systems (e.g., Kafka, Reactor).
Python & AI Engineering
- Strong Python development experience using Flask or FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI and modern AI workflows, including:
