Senior Legal Counsel

About the Role

Mawarid Holding Investment is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal Affairs team in Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to the Group Legal Director, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted legal advisor to senior management and business stakeholders across the Group, providing strategic legal guidance, managing complex commercial transactions, and supporting the organization’s continued growth and governance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical business‑focused legal advice to executive management and key stakeholders.
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier contracts, customer agreements, NDAs, licensing arrangements, leases and tender documentation.
