Senior Logistics Coordinator

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As a Senior Logistics Coordinator in ALGEM, you will manage :

Import and Export Operations

• Coordinate with Gas Suppliers and non-DG suppliers the good and efficient execution of the shipments as planned
• Negotiate rates, secure space, and execute bookings with freight forwarders
• Monitor the status of shipments through ALGEM tools (Order Tracking File, Marine Traffic, Gideons reports) on a daily basis
• Analyze freight data and routing metrics to identify cost‑saving opportunities and transit time optimizations
• Perform ERP daily transactions and monitor - GIDEONS
• Proactively alert/report delayed shipments through AGLEM tools (Delay report follow up)

Documentation

• Work with internal teams to ensure customs clearance of all imported goods and proper administration process until the final acceptance of goods/services
