In this role, you will be a member of the **Control & Software Engineering (CaSE)** group.
**How will you make a difference?**
You will be responsible for leading the Contagem site for Locomotive Controls and Software engineering activities. The Senior Manager will oversee hiring, guide the team in HiTL lab infrastructure maintenance and expansion, and collaborate closely with global engineering teams across CaSE. This role will actively support regional and global programs related to control software, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders such as systems engineering, production, field services, and customers. Additionally, the role will manage overall CaSE operations, including budget planning, funding, proposal support, and long-term strategic planning, contributing to both short-term execution and long-term busines...
