Senior Manager, Data Security Engineering

In this role, you will:

Implement and manage data classification frameworks

Design and deploy encryption (at rest, in transit, and in use)

Engineer DLP controls across endpoints, SaaS, cloud storage, and databases

Secure data lakes, warehouses, and analytics platforms

Implement tokenization, masking, and anonymization solutions

Support regulatory compliance (PII, PHI, PCI, etc.)

Monitor and respond to data exfiltration risks

Partner with AI/ML teams to ensure secure data usage

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

6–10 years in data security or security engineering

Strong knowledge of encryption, key management, and data lifecycle controls

Experience with cloud-native data platforms

Experience with DLP tooling and CASB/SSE platforms
