Senior Manager, Owner's Engineering

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Neste’s Owner’s Engineering team in Kilpilahti, Porvoo as line manager to approximately 10 plant engineering leads focused on OSBL refinery projects.
• Oversee external engineering partner interfaces and develop OSBL project execution strategy.
• Plan resourcing and coordinate engineering support to maintenance and operations.
• Manage engineering capacity according to future workload estimates and design resourcing solutions for upcoming projects.
• Coach team members in performance and competence development.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Several years of plant engineering project execution experience in an international EPC/EPCM environment.
• Understanding of engineering, procurement and construction management disciplines/interfaces.
