Senior Manager – Risk Accountability

Te Tūranga | The role

This is a strategic and highly influential role where you will partner with senior leaders across ASB to embed strong accountability practices, improve risk culture outcomes, and drive consistent risk‑based decision‑making.

You will play a key role in supporting the effectiveness of the Risk and Remuneration Review Committee (RRRC), while providing insights, challenge and governance expertise that help strengthen organisational accountability and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen the identification, recognition and reinforcement of positive risk behaviours across ASB.
• Build organisational capability and understanding of accountability, and positive risk recognition.
