Position Overview
As a Senior Manager, Value Stream & Process Engineering, you will lead a team of process engineering and transformation professionals responsible for reimagining how work gets done across Commercial Banking. Leveraging Design Thinking, Process Engineering, AI-enabled capabilities, and deep Commercial Banking expertise, you will drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that improve client and employee experiences, increase operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
You will partner with business, technology, and operations leaders to assess current-state processes, design future-state operating models, and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and optimize work.
