The Manager Strategic Partners is responsible for handling the most important strategic partners, building and maintaining strong relationships and serving as the lead point of contact for all client matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop own portfolio of clients and explore maximum growth opportunities.
• Set a strategy with clients to grow YOY to achieve the Target.
• Track client's technical performance daily and coordinate with API support to resolve the issues.
• Ensure product is on shelf by performing regular mapping check.
• Work closely with the Technical Account manager to optimize the connectivity of API clients.
• Anticipate key account changes and improvements.
