Senior Manufacturing Development Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Development Engineer to own the journey from experimental process to stable, scalable production. This is a role for someone who thrives at the boundary between development and operations who can define a process, prove it works, and hand it over with confidence.

From initial process definition and validation through to full industrialisation, you'll be responsible for capability, yield, cost and scalability. This is a high-impact role that spans the full NPI lifecycle and your work will aim to fulfil our client’s ambitions to deliver at volume.

The Senior Manufacturing Development Engineer will have a proven track record of taking processes from early development through to stable, high-volume production.
