Senior Networking & Security Troubleshooter — Firewalls & IPSec

Link-Worldwide is seeking a qualified candidate in Mexico City to provide advanced troubleshooting and support for a variety of security products. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales, strong knowledge of firewalls, IPSec, and TCP/IP networking, as well as familiarity with customer education and technical documentation.

Knowledge of the Portuguese language will be considered an advantage. This role is critical for enhancing customer satisfaction and technical support.
