Senior Occupational Therapist | Clinical Lead, Educational Therapy

Outcomes First Group in Evesham is looking for a Lead Clinician – Occupational Therapist to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Bankside College. The role involves providing clinical leadership, supervising the therapy team, and delivering specialized assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs.

The ideal candidate must be a registered Practitioner with relevant qualifications, and have experience in clinical leadership and working within educational contexts. A competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000 is offered alongside excellent benefits.
