As a Senior Officer, HRBP, you will ensures effective, efficient delivery of HR services that drive superior performance of the assigned functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provides input to line managers with HR insight about people related business issues/opportunities such as: talent selection, talent development and retention, organization change, work relationship, culture transformation… Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance Partner with line Managers to ensure policies and application in compliance with the local laws, RBA, systems and the Corporate’s guidelines Interacts with Officer, HR to ensure the best employment services for employees including but not limited to hiring and selection, traini...
