Senior Operation Manager

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• To lead the Engineering and Production team for overall production delivery.
• To supervise and maintain the production line in proper order, following procedures and control plans at all times.
• To execute production build plans and activities according to the timeline, and continuously monitor and improve product line processes and quality.
• To provide the necessary support and coordination for the pilot build of new products for timely completion.
• Identify, quantify and report any quality problem with materials and/or processes for a solution from the team.
• To drive relevant counterparts (e.g. Main Store, Finished Goods, etc.) for timely kitting and completion of jobs against customer delivery schedule.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
